shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed within two business days. All parcels will be shipped with tracking number.

 

local shipping (hong kong):

 

Delivery time: within 1 to 2 working days

1. Industrial areas: Free, without minimum consumption limit!
2. Non-industrial areas (residential area) and remote areas:
  • S.F. Express shop pick-up: free (shop addresses here).
  • Self pick-up at convenient stores: $10/ticket will be charged by the convenient stores (convenient store addresses here).
  • Express delivery to your door: Additional charge of $18-$30/ticket will be charged by express delivery company.
*For delivery to non-industrial areas or remote areas, please add S.F. store codes or convenient store codes adjacent to the delivery address to ensure speedy and efficient processing of your order.
*Additional charge for delivery to non-industrial areas and remote areas will be charged and received by the express delivery company. The express delivery company’s decision is final in terms of price changes.

 

international shipping

  • Standard international shipping service – USD 13
  • All US Standard Shipping (7-15 business days)
  • All International (8-15 business days)

The parcel is shipped by registered mail which needs your signature. In case you are not available for pick-up, the postman will leave a notice in your mail box. Contact your local post office as soon as possible before the parcel is returned to us.

 

express delivery

  • DHL, UPS or Fedex delivery-USD 25-30, depends on the country, please contact us for the quotation.
  • All US Express Shipping (3-5 business days)
  • All International Express Shipping (3-7 business days)

skin beautique values your satisfaction. Any problems with items you receive must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt. We guarantee money back refund without question if you are dissatisfied in any way. Items must be returned in the original condition in which they were received. If you have ordered the wrong product, then you can still return for a full refund but please note that the items must be unopened and unused. And returning shipping fee is buyer’s responsibility.

Please contact our orders department at [email protected] before returning anything so we can inform you on where to send and how to arrange the refund.

Please note that the customer needs to pay the return shipping fees. Please mark your order number on the package and give us the tracking number so that we can track and trace your returned package.  Once we have received the package or tracked and traced the package online, we will either send a replacement or a refund to your payment account.

We do not collect VAT, duties or taxes. We declare the package as ‘gift’, and over 90% of orders are delivered without additional customs charges.

In the event that you are charged VAT or additional taxes when your order is delivered, these charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. These charges are normally collected by the logistics company.

A: You can click the ‘Forgotten’ button on the login page. Then please enter your registered email and click ‘Submit’. You will get an email immediately. Please check your inbox or Spam/ Junk box to retrieve your password.

 

Q: Can I save my Loyalty Reward Points from several purchases and use them in my future order?

A:  Yes, you may use or save your Loyalty Reward Points. But the Loyalty Reward Points have an expiry date so please check in your account.

 

Q: I think skin beautique may have made a mistake in my order. What can I do?
